My partner and I are a respectful, easygoing couple looking for a room starting May 1 (flexible dates).

I work doing Uber deliveries, and my partner works remotely full-time with the Government of Canada, so we both maintain steady routines and reliable income.

We are clean, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces. We value a peaceful home environment, communicate well, and are quiet tenants.

We are both smokers (cigarettes and cannabis), however we strongly prefer to smoke outdoors and are mindful about not bringing smoke or odours indoors. We fully respect smoke-free homes and shared living spaces.

Our stay may be short-term, as we may be house-sitting in Ottawa later in the month, but we are prepared to pay for the full month even if we leave early. We are flexible with timing and open to discussion.

We would be dependable, respectful tenants and would take good care of any space we’re in.
