I’m a single dad and working professional in the insurance industry. I was just laid off from work but will be restarting in September. I have ample funds and happy to pay upfront and provide a credit check / criminal background check.

I’m easy going, but also take pleasure in having a clean house. While I don’t sweat the small stuff, I get offended when the sink is full of dirty dishes for days on end. I love to work out, enjoy sports, music, Netflix and hanging out/going out. I have 2 kids but they don’t need a place to stay, they are older now, but they could possibly visit from time to time.

I need a space for a short time, perhaps as long as 6 months, but not likely any longer than that. My girlfriend lives in Toronto and I’d likely spend many nights a month at her house. BTW, I do smoke cigarettes, BUT NEVER do I smoke inside of anyone’s home, including yours.
