Hello!

We are a small family looking for a summer sublet (dates flexible) with 2-3 bedrooms in the same unit, furnished and ideally the whole unit but we are not opposed to roommates either.

My Thunder Bay born husband is a medical resident at McMaster who just lost his mother suddenly. She leaves behind her elderly father that needs significant care and a house that is in a hoarding situation.

We want to take the summer while our daughter is off school (we have a 5 year old and a 2 year old) to live in Thunder Bay and prep his fathers home for sale as he will be moving in with us in the gta. We cannot live in the home with his dad while we do this because it is in unsafe for our children, especially our toddler who is asthmatic and the home has very significant dust build up.

We ideally would bring our two dogs with us, but can arrange care for them back home if we can’t find a pet friendly space. They are 6 and 10 yrs old, both 35 lb, well behaved and crate trained.

We are also looking for a nanny and/or babysitting services for the toddler for the summer and could possibly benefit from a sublet situation where you are our roommate and your summer job is to nanny the toddler .

Dates are flexible for move in/move out, we enjoy cooking and would be gone most days.
