I’d be great to live with because I’m respectful, clean, and easygoing, and I really value having a comfortable and positive living environment. I’m responsible with rent and shared spaces, and I communicate well and keep things low-stress and drama-free.

I currently live downtown and am looking for a new place that’s a good long-term fit. I’m also a student, so I keep a pretty balanced routine between school, work, and downtime. I’m friendly and social, but also very respectful of people’s privacy and schedules. Overall, I’m reliable, considerate, and easy to get along with. :))
