We are a quiet, respectful and responsible couple looking for a 6 month ( potential to extend) place to call home. We both have stable routines y, and we value a clean, organized and peaceful living environment. We are very mindful of shared spaces, always clean up after ourselves, and respect house rules and others’ privacy.

We don’t smoke, we don’t party, and we live a calm lifestyle. We also already have our own furniture, so we are well prepared to move in and take good care of the space. We are reliable with rent payments and can provide references if needed.

Overall, we are easygoing, considerate, and looking to be good, long-term tenants.
