I’m a quiet, accommodating person. I don’t drink or do any drugs. My hobbies are reading, writing, gaming, and drawing, and I also enjoy walking, biking, and swimming outdoors when the weather permits.

I understand that my current lack of employment might make a prospective roommate or landlord hesitate, but I assure you there will be no problem with the rent. I have significant savings and no debt, and I’m very frugal. If necessary I can pay additional months upfront, or arrange for a guarantor. Whatever is needed to put your mind at ease. Of course I have no intention of remaining unemployed, but as a job seems required to get a place and a place seems required to get a job, taking the first step is difficult when you have neither.
