I’m currently looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly roommate to share my beautiful 2-bedroom apartment at The Sloane Apartments, located right by Yorkdale Shopping Centre with easy access to transit, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and major highways. The building is modern and luxury-style, with amazing amenities including a full-size gym, swimming pool, bowling alley, karaoke room, party room/lounge, co-working/study spaces, and more. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and well-maintained, making it a really comfortable and peaceful place to live. I’m hoping to find someone who is tidy, easygoing, considerate, and values a clean living environment. Ideally looking for a roommate who is responsible, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces. First and last month’s rent will be required upon signing the lease.
