I have a cat, so you must be okay with cats ⚠️

We are two very friendly girls (19 and 24 years old) looking for a 3rd roommate to fill the free room in our apartment. We love to play board games, watch TV, or go out together! We both speak French and English. I am a student at uOttawa in Civil Law going into my 2nd year.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with showers. The kitchen has a fridge/oven/microwave. There is a free washing machine in unit, and a 2$ dryer outside. Hydro and wifi are not included in the rent, but heating is. The room you would have has a built in wardrobe and has well enough space for a bed, a desk, and some other storage furniture. (The pictures have the dimensions in cm.)

Parking is available on site but you would have to pay a parking fee per month I think. It is a 5 minute walk from uOttawa campus, so it’s great for students! And right across from rideau center.
