My name is Joseline Santoyo. I am a reliable and detail-oriented tenant with a strong rental history. I have been living at my current residence (19911 76 Ave, Langley) since December 2025, where I have consistently paid rent on time and maintained the unit in excellent condition.

Prior to this, I resided at 3809 Evergreen Place, Burnaby, from October 1, 2023 to December 2025. My previous landlord, Angela Fok (604-505-6651), would be happy to provide a reference and speak to my reliability and the care I give to the properties I live in.

In addition, I am able to provide further personal references upon request, including long-term contacts who can speak to my character and consistency

I also have a small teacup poodle (2 years old), who is fully trained, quiet, and well-behaved, and has never caused any issues in my previous tenancies.

The reason for my move is that my work is now based in Vancouver, and relocating closer to the city will allow for a more practical daily routine.
