About Me: Hi there! I’m looking for a room to rent. I am neat, quiet, student, and very respectful of shared spaces. In my downtime, you’ll usually find me reading, watching anime, or enjoying some quiet time. I also love going for walks with friends and playing board games, so I’m always down for a casual game night if my future roommates are interested!
My Pet: I have one 12-year-old cat named Gabby. She is a senior, incredibly well-behaved, and mostly just likes to lounge around and nap.
Financials & Rent: My monthly rent is fully covered and guaranteed. I am currently on Alberta Works Income Support while transitioning over to ADAP, and I plan to start working part-time in the near future.
Damage Deposit: My damage deposit is fully covered by Alberta’s damage deposit assistance program. The program funds the landlord directly. All that is required is for the landlord to sign a quick intent-to-rent form, and the province takes care of the rest!
