Quiet guy. Non-smoker, no drug use. No criminal record. Minimalist. Currently seeking temporary accommodation up to around 1 year. Currently have all things in storage in Oakville. Looking for about 1 year from May 2026 to approx may 2027. Will be gone for 6 months, ie. Landlord will get paid on time but I will not be present for a 6 month spread of time (the best kind of tenant, not even there.). Friendly, get along with anyone type. Quiet. Full time worker during the days. Like to cook, but nothing weird or pungent. Leave no footprints ie. Cleans up after himself. Spare time is spent mostly with headphones on, watching movies or playing the occasional video game.
