Hi, I am an engineering student from UBC, going to graduate in May 2026. I am an unassuming male 22 year old international student raised in Dubai, Indian nationality. I am respectful, quiet, and will spend the next few months exploring job opportunities. I have a clean financial record. I am moving out of campus and will need a room with a bathroom available while I go about my next steps in life. While I do not have a pet, I am animal friendly and am open to sharing a house with pet owners. The short term option to stay could definitely be long term depending on job opportunities. Thank you.
