Hiya my name is Eliana, I’m looking for a place to stay. These are some questions to get to know me better:

1. A brief intro about me (occupation, daily routine)

2. Monthly income range

3. Reason for moving

4. Desired move-in date

5. How long you plan to stay

6. Confirmation: single occupancy only - is this suitable for me?

7. Do you smoke or have pets?

8. Currently I work as a waitress but that will be changing soon because I have a job offer

9. Typically before my new job 800 depending on how much I worked

10. My family is leaving the country unfortunately and I can’t go with them. I’ve lived in Canada basically all my life and I don’t see any reason to leave anyhow, I have everything I want here. I just need a home.

11. May 14th. That’s around the time when my family is leaving as well.

12. I would stay as long as you would have me, I’m looking for any accommodation that works right now.

13. Yes it’s totally fine for me!! I don’t have much friends but I do have the occasionally study partner or friend who come over which I hope wouldn’t be a problem. It wouldn’t ever be too many people, never more then one certainly and we wouldn’t be loud.

14. I do not!! I have a cat and small dog both of which are well-behaved and mind themselves. They never leave my room thought, unless I have to walk Skye of course. She’s a chihuahua, a small dog.

I have 670 dollars saved currently after and I’m looking for a room , is this available?
