Hi! I’m going to be attending UBCO for nursing in September and looking for a room to rent within a 20 minute bus ride from the school. Starting September 1 for a year lease. My budget is $900 max including all utilities. I do have a car so I will need parking. No street parking. Garage or designated parking spot required (willing to pay a bit extra for this).

About me:

• 26 year old mature student
• Doesn’t smoke, vape or drink
• Doesn’t have pets
• Currently has a full time job and will be working part time throughout school.
• Likes to keep my space very clean and quiet
• Loves to travel, read, play sports, and try new craft hobbies.

What I’m looking for:

• ideally looking to live with 1-2 other girls roughly around my age if possible (22 years old and above). Open to students or working professionals.
• Bonus points if you are also nursing students 😊
• Would love a fully furnished room as I am moving from Ontario with just a small car load of items, but not a deal breaker.
