Hello, I currently live in Toronto and work full-time. I’m looking for a roommate to either partner with in finding a place together or to join an existing household.

I have an adorable 15 lb non-shedding dog. He is 3 years old, fully house-trained, quiet, and very well-behaved.

Starting in September, I will be studying full-time while working part-time. Even though I will be a student, I have sufficient savings and excellent credit to comfortably support myself and my dog.

I am a quiet, responsible, non-smoking adult looking to live with other adult students or people in similar situations. I’m also open to living with other dog owners. I don’t mind living with males, females, or families.

I’m looking for a long-term living arrangement of up to 3 years. Ideally, I’d love to find a place with people I get along with well and create a pleasant, comfortable environment for everyone.

I do have furniture, although depending on the living situation, I may get rid of some unneeded pieces or contribute them to the household if wanted.

Preferably, I’d like to find a place near downtown St. Clair to make commuting to college easier.
