I am a 40+ mature student relocating to Prince Rupert to attend Coast Mountain College for the Applied Coastal Ecology program. Having been a homeowner for many years, I have a deep respect for property and understand the importance of keeping a clean, organized, and well-maintained home. Additionally, I am a semi-retired paramedic (mostly just volunteer now) and worked with Fraser Health.

What I’m like as a roommate: Quiet & Studious: My primary focus is my degree. I spend most of my time at the library or studying, so I’m rarely a source of noise. Clean & Respectful: I’m a firm believer in the ‘leave no trace’ rule in shared spaces like kitchens and bathrooms. Reliable: I have an excellent credit score and a long history of financial stability. I prioritize my housing obligations above all else. Lifestyle: I am a non-smoker with no pets, though I love pets. Low-key lifestyle which is mostly spent outdoors.
