Hi, I’m looking for someone to join me at my current place for a 12 mo lease beginning July 1st (could move in a little earlier if wanted. also could wait until Aug 1st if wanted). Rent is $892.50 ea + hydro/wifi/insurance (total not exceeding $1000 ea per month). I have a lovely cat and I’m happy to share with other pets if theyd get along with her!
