On cleanliness: We’ve got a “clean as you go” vibe. Dishes don’t sit in the sink, common areas get wiped down, and we split chores on a simple weekly rotation so no one’s stuck doing everything.

On respect: We’re quiet during work/study hours and give a heads-up if we’re having friends over. If something’s bothering us, we talk it out early instead of letting it fester.

On vibe: We’re social when you want company, but we also get that everyone needs downtime. Game night, cooking together, or just low-key chats in the kitchen are all on the table.

On reliability: Bills get paid on time, and we communicate if plans change. If something breaks, we tell the landlord right away and help fix it.

Basically, we’re low-maintenance, considerate, and we actually like keeping a place that feels like home.
