am in need of a room while I await housing to come through , as the place I am in is being sold. I am near the top of housing wait list. I need a room for at least a few months , possibley longer.I am not from the area but I am relocating there.My income is stable. I am clean and quiet . I am a non smoker and do not use drugs. I can be helpful around the place for my host with minor chores ( but I am not a live-in maid ). Can help with minor errands depending ( I do not drive ). I DO NOT want to lodge with a smoker/drug user / hoarder or with someone with bedbugs/cockroaches. Iam ok with pets. I have a small dog and would prefer to bring him ( had him since pup ). I have young adult son who will join me once our housing comes through. If you have questions , please ask. Bear with me as I work on completing my profile :).
