My roommate and I are looking for a 2-bedroom apartment or house near the University of Ottawa for an August move-in.

About us: • 27 and 28 years old, uOttawa students and working professionals • Quiet, clean, respectful, and easygoing • Looking for a calm, mature living environment • Reliable tenants with stable income

What we’re looking for: • 2 bed / ideally 2 bath apartment, condo, duplex, or house • Near uOttawa / Sandy Hill / Centretown / Glebe / Old Ottawa South / or nearby transit • Budget: around $1800 total for the unit • Ideally utilities included • Parking is important — we each have a car, so at least 1 parking space included is required, 2 spots is ideal

We are open to both private landlords and property managers, but we are only considering places with: • clear rental details (rent, location, and photos included in first message) • standard lease agreements • transparent terms (utilities, parking, etc.)
