Hi everyone! I’m looking for a quiet room with a private washroom, utilities wifi all inclusive, ideally located near the University of Toronto and within walking distance of a subway station. I’m particularly interested in rooms in the Annex or Seaton Village area along the Spadina–Bathurst line, or close to Union Station GO. I’m a tidy and considerate roommate who will be starting a PhD at UofT this fall. I’ll be away most weekends visiting my partner in the States, so I’m low-maintenance around the house. Once a month, he’ll be visiting for a weekend. I am happy to chat or arrange a viewing.
