Hi everyone! I’m looking for a summer sublet in downtown Toronto starting July 1st (flexible on dates). Ideally looking for a 1-3 month stay, with the possibility to extend. I’m hoping to find a place with: -Private room + ideally a private washroom -Full kitchen -In-suite laundry -Balcony or any outdoor space -Calm but social environment -Ideally sharing space with just one person, late 20s / mid 30s Budget is flexible depending on the place. A bit about me: I’m a good mix of low-key/homebody during the week, but I also enjoy going out on weekends. Clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
