I can be quiet or chatty, whatever others prefer. I am considerate, clean, tidy, don’t smoke (or drink alcohol unless perhaps at special occasions only). I have no pets.

Native speaker of English, can also speak Czech.

I enjoy making new friends, and am also happy to spend down-time after a busy work day by myself.

Enjoy spending time in nature on my time off work.

Looking for a long-term place but hoping to have a 1 month notice period.
