Hello. I’m a full-time Program Manager with Humber Polytechnic (since 2020) and now need to return to the office during the week. I live outside the GTA, so I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and respectful place to call my home away from home during the work week.

What I’m looking for:

• Budget: Up to $800/month, with utilities included
• Year-round parking included (this is essential)
• A long-term arrangement
• A quiet, non-smoking home shared with respectful, considerate housemates

My routine is simple—I arrive on Monday evening and leave Thursday morning, so I won’t be there on weekends.

A little about me: I’m responsible, mature, and easygoing. Outside of work, I spend most of my time studying, as I am currently completing post-secondary programs and plan to continue my education further. I don’t smoke, party, or host gatherings. I’m very respectful of shared spaces, cleanliness, privacy, and household routines. I’m financially stable, employed full-time, and can provide references if needed.
