Hello. I’m a full-time Program Manager with Humber Polytechnic (since 2020) and now need to return to the office during the week. I currently live outside the city and am looking for a longterm clean, quiet, and respectful place as my home away from home for work purposes. I’m responsible, mature, and easygoing. Most of my time outside of work will be spent studying, as I am currently completing post-secondary programs and plan to continue my education further. I don’t smoke, party, or host gatherings, and I live a quiet lifestyle. I’m very respectful of shared spaces, cleanliness, privacy, and household routines. Since I’ll primarily be working and studying, I’m looking for a calm and comfortable environment with like-minded, considerate people. I’m financially stable, employed full-time, and can provide references if needed. Ideally, I’m looking for a longer-term arrangement that is a good fit for everyone involved.
