I am a working professional without any pets or habit of smoking any kind. I like to keep it quiet and clean and expect the same from my roommates. I did my PhD at Uoft St George campus and my workplace is around the same neighbourhood. I am looking for an accommodation in walking distance or on the subway line. I am open to homes with pets, I do not have pet allergies. I am looking for a smoke free house and no noise after 10-11pm (occasional gatherings etc are understandable of course).
