Hello,

• I’m a veteran who moved into the area earlier in spring;
• I’m clean and quiet. I do not drink, smoke, nor intend to host parties;
• I require parking for an SUV;
• I work day shifts with occasional night shifts. Rotating monthly schedule;
• ideally I would like a space for exercise. (4x kettlebells, skipping rope, and a mat);
• my hobbies include writing, martial arts, rucking, reading, and occasional gaming; and
• can discuss quiet times in regards to other people’s sleep schedule.
