Hi not 100% sure this is what is wanted. I am doing this for my son as he doesn’t have time due to working. Single Dad, however ex-partner has daughter (ll yrs). He is in temporary accommodations and can move almost immediately. Daughter will visit weekend and some holidays.. very nice respectful child. Need more info re kitchen facilities etc. as he loves to cook. Likely would not be bringing friends over, want a place where he can calmly get my bearings in life again after split up.
