Hello — I’m a friendly, quiet, and respectful person who values being mindful of others’ space and privacy. I’ve lived in a variety of setups; with multiple housemates, with a single roommate, and on my own, so I’m comfortable adapting to different living arrangements and communication styles. I’m a non-smoker and don’t use cannabis. I’m also comfortable living with pets. I’m relocating after a 10-year tenancy for a new full-time job, and I’ll be working outside the house during the day. I’m currently looking for a place within about a 30-minute walking distance to downtown or somewhere along a main bus route. I’d prefer an unfurnished room, but I’m open to a furnished one as well.
