Hi there! My name is Laurie, I’m a French language assistant coming to Halifax for work, I’m also studying online on the side. I’m looking for a room and, most importantly, good housemates to share it with! I’ve already lived with roommates in Ireland and Germany, so I know how important it is to find the right balance between shared life and personal space. I love the idea of cooking together, having a chat at the end of the day or even going out together but I also completely get that everyone has their own life and schedule! On a practical note : I’m very tidy and clean, and I like to keep shared spaces pleasant for everyone. As for me, I go to the gym when I can, love to read, socialise and travel whenever I get the chance. Oh, and if you have a cat, even better, I absolutely love animals!
