Hey! I’m Simon. I’m in Kelowna to launch a small business this season, which is a long way of saying I’m basically never home. My days run from about 6am to 10:30pm, so the place is yours almost all the time… I’m really just looking for somewhere clean and quiet to land at the end of a long day. I’m tidy, respectful of shared space, and easy to live with. No drama, no loud nights, no surprises with rent. When we do cross paths I’m friendly and happy to chat, but I’m not someone who’ll be hanging around the living room or filling the place with people. If you want a roommate who’s reliable, low-maintenance, and out of your hair more or less constantly, that’s me. Happy to answer any questions.
