Hi! My name is Olivia and I’m an incoming first-year student at the University of Guelph starting September 2026, studying Political Science.

I’m originally from Oakville and I’m looking for a safe, clean, female-friendly house or apartment within reasonable distance of campus, ideally with laundry included. I’m hoping to find a place I can call home for the academic year.

A bit about me: I’m organized, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, and I keep a clean and tidy living environment. I’m focused on my studies. I have goals of attending law school and I take my academics seriously. I’m also hoping to get involved in campus clubs and activities, so I’ll be on campus a lot but always home at a reasonable hour.

My parents are very involved and supportive, they will be co-signing any lease as guarantors and are happy to speak with landlords directly. I have no rental history yet as this is my first time renting, but I come with strong family financial backing and a genuine commitment to being a respectful, low-maintenance tenant.
