My name is Carly, and I’m currently a nursing student looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable room to rent in Abbotsford or the surrounding area.

I’m responsible, respectful, non-smoking, and generally keep to myself. Most of my time is spent studying, attending classes, working, or enjoying the outdoors. I don’t have any children or pets living with me, and I can provide references if needed.

I’m hoping to find a room in the range of $500-$650 per month, including utilities if possible. I’m open to shared accommodations and flexible on move-in dates for the right fit.
