Hello, I’m 55 years young , who is very well mannered and tidy. I have a daily routine every morning, taking a shower before going to work. I ‘am currently in a basement apartment , and have been living there for over 10 years. I believe it’s time for a change and hopefully find a 1 bedroom apartment or shared apartment with a clean and quiet person. I’am very easy to get along with , and respect others privacy. I hope people don’t believe being 55 means , grumpy old man. lol. By no means , am I that guy. I enjoy going to concert events , and have seen many bands over the last 40 years. I do enjoy my time at home after working all day , just by turning the tv on and relax. I ‘am a quiet person and will always make sure that my tv volume is at a level that you are comfortable with. I will always respect others, by making sure whatever im doing is ok with them.
