Hi! I’m an Environmental Engineering student from Peru coming to Edmonton for a research stay at the University of Alberta. I am responsible, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces clean, pay rent on time, and value a quiet and friendly home environment.

I will be focused on my research and academic work during my stay, so I spend most of my time studying, working, exercising, or exploring the city. I do not smoke, and I am considerate of other people’s schedules and privacy.

I am looking for a comfortable and respectful place to live and would be happy to contribute to a positive household atmosphere.
