Hi there! I have just accepted a job offer on 4th Street and will be relocating to Grand Forks from Surrey in the near future. Because I do not have a vehicle, I am looking for an affordable room, basement suite, or shared accommodation that is within an easy walking or biking distance to the downtown core (ideally Downtown, Ruckle, or lower Valley Heights).
