SWF, excellent health and very mobile, driver with car, non-smoker, very quiet, not a partier, clean and very tidy. I read a lot. I don’t have a TV, very busy with work at home 90%. Drug free 100%, occasionally a glass of wine. Not cooking major meals every day, so not a lot of cooking smells. No pets. I don’t entertain guests often, maybe one small dinner party for two of us per month. Insomnia is an issue for me now.

My present landlord said I’m the best tenant they’ve ever had because I’m very quiet and responsible with bills, etc. The apartment I had before my present one, the downstairs neighbour came up to knock on my door to thank me for being so quiet because I did not wear shoes inside, nor blare TV or music loudly.

I want to move closer to yyz so I can be closer to and help my aging family faster.
