Description
I’m finishing my PhD in Political Science at the University of Toronto while doing policy work with the Government of Alberta, so my days are mostly quiet, focused, and spent at a desk or with a book. I’m not yet sure how long my work and scholarly commitments will run, which is why I’m looking to rent a room. I value flexibility and would be upfront with you about my timeline as it firms up. I’m an easy person to share a space with. I keep things extremely clean and tidy, and I’m respectful of common areas and other people’s routines. Years of academic group projects, field work, and collaborative work have made me genuinely good at living and working alongside others — I read the room, communicate clearly, and do not rock the boat. I tend to spend most evenings reading rather than hosting, so I’m a calm, low-key presence in a household. If you’re after a considerate, reliable, and tidy housemate who’ll treat the place like their own, I’d be a great fit.
