Hi! I’m an international student who will be attending Sheridan College (Davis Campus), and I’m currently looking for a place close to campus.

I’m a clean, quiet, and respectful person who takes pride in maintaining a comfortable and tidy living environment. I always clean up after myself, keep shared spaces organized, and respect other people’s privacy and personal space.

My daily routine is mainly focused on school, studying and personal responsibilities, so I have a stable lifestyle and spend much of my time on campus or studying. I don’t smoke and I’m mindful of noise levels. I don’t have any pets, and I’m looking for a peaceful and respectful home where everyone can feel comfortable.

I’m responsible, easy to communicate with, and reliable when it comes to following house rules and paying rent on time. I value open communication and believe that being considerate of others is important when sharing a home.

I’m hoping to find a long-term place where I can focus on my studies while being a respectful and dependable tenant. Thank you for your consideration!
