I’m a mature graduate student at Humber College, clean, quiet, respectful, and focused on school. I value a peaceful home, and I’m very considerate about shared spaces, noise, visitors, and cleanliness. I don’t party, and I prefer a calm living environment where everyone can feel comfortable and safe.

I’m responsible with rent, communication, and house rules. I’m looking for a place where I can study, rest, and settle properly, and I would treat the home with care. If sharing with others, I’d be respectful of privacy, keep common areas tidy, and communicate clearly if anything needs to be discussed.
