Hi, I’m an incoming Master’s student (Civil Engineering) from Korea, joining UVic this fall. I’m looking for a clean and quiet place to stay starting in early August or early September.

1. Preferences : Furnished studio, Bachelor suite, or a private master bedroom (en-suite bathroom preferred).
2. Location : Easy access to UVic via direct bus or near Gordon Head.
3. Budget : Around $1,300/month.
4. About Me : I’m a 29-year-old, tidy, and quiet person. I worked as an engineer for a Korean company in Singapore, so I’m very responsible and respectful of living spaces.
5. Lifestyle : I’ll be spending most of my time at the research lab, so I’ll rarely be home during the day. In my free time, I enjoy international travel, exploring various cuisines, reading, working out, and running.
6. Preferred Housemates : I am looking for a quiet environment and would prefer to live with other graduate students or working professionals.
