Hi! I’m a quiet, non smoker/non drinker looking for a room in Prince George while I attend the Mlts program at the College of New Caldonia. I’m responsible, hard working and have prior experience living with roommates for an extended period of time (over 3 years at my last rental)

I’m independent and respectful of other people boundaries, sensitivities, or preferences and am really mainly just looking for somewhere to sleep as most of my time will be spent at school during the day and studying at night.

I also have experience adhering to a cleaning schedule, if that is something you prefer, and always clean up my own messes in communal spaces. Additionally, I know how to respect living in a space with someone else and know not to invite unexpected or overnight guests.

Hoping to find something before I start school in January and am down to pay rent for something sooner or provide a reference contact from my last landlord.
