I am a 35 year old female. Full time employed. Has a steady income. Clean criminal record. I am on a consumer proposal so credit checks wouldn’t work out for me. However, I have a letter from my proposal specialist stating that I am in good standing and I make my payments on time. I can forward both my criminal record history and letter of good standing from my proposal specialist. I have a dog. Her name is Ellie. She is a white Pomsky with one blue eye one brown eye. Keeping her is a must. She is shy around other dogs and people at first but when she comes around you’ll love her. She is not spayed. But up to date on all her shots and parasite free. I must be allowed to invite at least one friend over at a time. Restrictions on visitors would be an issue. No, parties, no drugs and no drinking. Would just like to be able to have friends over for dinner, coffee or a movie. I am also willing to team up with someone to help them afford there place. I have good references. And work references.
