Hello! I’ve used Roomies in the past to find roommates for my own home, but I’ve recently decided to sell my house and simplify life a bit. I’m now looking to rent a room in a calm, respectful home where everyone gets along and communicates well.

I’m very clean, responsible, and easy to live with. I’ve been an home owner for 25 years, so I understand what it means to take care of a space and be respectful of someone else’s property. Also, in those 25 years of being a homeowner, I never had an issue with paying my mortgage on time.

About my dog: I have a small 10‑pound senior dog who is 16 and nearing the end of his life. He’s incredibly gentle, quiet, and well‑behaved — everyone who meets him loves him. I’m happy to pay a pet deposit and always clean up after him. I don’t plan on getting another dog after he passes.

A bit about me: I love the outdoors — camping, fishing, swimming, kayaking in the summer, and snowshoeing and ice fishing in the winter. Nature is my happy place. Personality‑wise, I’m an introvert who can also be social when the vibe is right. I really value privacy and quiet time, but I also enjoy friendly chats and a comfortable, easygoing household.

I’m looking for a place that feels respectful, relaxed, and drama‑free. I’m tidy, reliable with rent, and very considerate of shared spaces.
