My name is Carlos Gonzalez, and I’m a Colombian Communications & Marketing professional. I’m an organized and clean person, and I can provide great references from my past landlords. I’m planning to move in between July 1st and the 10th to a room close to Line 2 of the TTC.

As for my income, I work as a unionized cleaner. Fortunately, because of the nature of this job, it is well paid, above average, and really stable. I can provide proof of this if necessary. On top of that, I generate an extra income with side projects in my professional field.

Also, since I’m a permanent resident in Canada, my situation here is quite stable.
