Hi. My name is François Rouleau

I am a 63 years old male. I am an excellent, reliable tenant and roommate. I get along very well with other people. I have been at the same place previously for 16 years (East 53rd Ave, sharing a basement apartment with four other people), and at my current location (Victoria Dr. at 45th Ave) almost 7 years despite at times trying circumstances with the leaseholder (with an antisocial personality type). I have been sharing the house with four other people, including the leaseholder.

I have money from inheritance, but no credit card and currently, no phone. I am a seasoned gardener and I am very responsible. I have been performing recycling duties and tending the garden, among other things. I have always paid my rent on time.

I am very quiet, non-smoker and non-druguser, and only a very occasional light drinker.

I have not been employed recently, but I am very stable, dependable and reliable. I love cats.

I am looking for a place to move in as soon as possible.
