Hi! My name is José and I’m a student from Mexico moving to Vancouver to attend Vancouver Film School. I’m looking for a place to rent for about one year starting in late August.

I’m a respectful, clean, organized, and responsible tenant. I don’t smoke, I keep shared spaces tidy, and I’m mindful of noise and other people’s schedules. Most of my time will be spent studying, working on film projects, or exploring the city.

I’m easygoing, friendly, and value open communication. I enjoy living in a comfortable and respectful environment where everyone does their part to keep the home clean and welcoming. I’m looking for a long-term place to call home and would take great care of the property.
