Im 23 been on my own since 23 very clean and respectful both my pets are trained very well and neither of them will ever urinate or poo in the house and I don’t drink or do drugs other then marijuana which I have no problem doing outside and making sure everything is kept away and not smelling up my room nor the house I love cleaning so I will always keep main living quarters and my room spotless and I don’t party or have many friends so the only guest I’d have over is my daughter i pay rent early every month as soon as I get my cheque rents paid and I try to be out of the house as much as possible and the animals can be kept in my room if needed but also won’t destroy anything if left to roam free and I keep them both very clean and hygiene is a big thing for me aswell
