I’m a 21 year old non-binary full-time student at UFV. I’m looking for a place closer to uni and having (a) roommate(s) financially makes more sense for me right now. My move-in date is quite flexible as there’s no specific time I need to move out by.

I’ve lived with a roommate before together in a studio apartment and in general I’m really good at making sure I clean up after myself in shared spaces (though my room might be disorganised, never gross though !!). I really love animals and I’m hoping to possibly get a cat in the near future. I’m a huge nerd for ttrpgs and video games in general. I’d love if we became friends as roommates but I know that’s not what everyone is looking for, but I really enjoy hanging out even just parallel-play vibes ^-^
