Hi! My names is Vanessa and I am a student at Carleton University. My roommate Eva, and I are looking for one more female roommate to rent an apartment with us. We have one in mind and are close to potential signing the lease. We just need one more roommate. The rent is affordable at 770 per person plus hydro all other utilities are included. Also the lease is on August 9th with the rent being $1,700 divided by three people plus hydro. The landlord is only providing us the a rent reduction!
