Kye

Hi! My name is Kye, and I’ll be attending Capilano University in North Vancouver. I’m currently looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live while focusing on my studies.

I’m a clean, respectful, and responsible person who values a peaceful home environment. In my spare time, I enjoy writing music and playing guitar, but I’m always mindful of noise and keep things quiet. I’m not much of a partier and generally prefer a relaxed lifestyle.

Most of my time will be spent studying, making music, and spending time with friends and family. I’m hoping to find a place where I can be a considerate and reliable tenant throughout my time at university.
